[CLIENT]: This is a menu that is used to set Client.

-CLIENT ACCESS: This is used to set the authority for client address access (ALL/RANGE)

It is possible to have access to all addresses when ALL is selected without

limitation.

This is used to set the scope of selection in the IP addresses when RANGE is

selected.

-BEGIN ADDRESS: This is used to set IP address at the starting point when RANGE is selected

(when ALL is selected, this is not used).

-END ADDRESS: This is used to set IP address at the ending point when RANGE is selected (when
