Making calls – enhanced functions
Activating/deactivating "Do not Disturb"
If you prefer not to be disturbed, you can activate the “Do not disturb“ function.
Internal callers will hear the ringing tone and the announcement "Do Not
Disturb"; external calls will be diverted to the attendant. System Support can
also set up call forwarding destinations for the “Do Not Disturb“ function, to
which you can forward your internal and external calls.
Prerequisite:
System Support has enabled the “Do Not Disturb“ function for all
extensions.

turb“ is activated or not.

Note:
A tone reminds you that “Do Not Disturb“ is activated when you seize the
trunk.
The attendant can circumvent the “Do Not Disturb“ function and reach you
anyway.
If System Support has locked the “Do Not Disturb“ function for all users,
the item "Do Not Disturb" will not appear on the service menu.
