Your EXS 9995 2-Line answering system operates independently for each phone line.
To review messages and record personal greetings, you must first select the
appropriate line using the “

msg line select

” key.

SETTING UP YOUR ANSWERING SYSTEM

If you have not recorded a personal greeting when you turn the
answering system on, a prerecorded greeting is automatically
selected. To set a personal greeting, see page 43.

Setting the clock

The clock on EXS 9995 Answering System starts when power is applied to the base.
Follow these steps to set the clock to the correct time.
