3.9 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
General warnings!
The appliance electrical safety is granted only when the ap-
pliance is connected to a good earthing point, as foreseen by
the standards in force: the gas pipes, water pipes and C.H.
pipes cannot be used as earthing points.
It is necessary to verify that this safety requirement is com-
plied with. In case of doubt ask for a precise control by a
professionally qualified personnel, because the manufactu-
rer is not responsible for damages originated by the non com-
pliance with this requirement.
Ask a professionally qualified personnel for inspection ade-
quacy of the electrical installation to the maximum absobed
output of the appliance, making sure that the cable cross -
section is suitable.
For the main supply it is not allowed to use adapters, multiple
sockets and cable extensions.
In the utilisation of any electrical device the following founda-
mental rules have to be complied with:
•
do not touch the appliance with wet hands and/or nacked
feet;
•
do not pull the cables;
•
do not install the appliance to the outdoor (rain, sun, etc.);
•
do not allow the appliance is used by children or inexpe-
rienced people.
Connection to the main supply 230V
The appliance is equipped with a supply cable of 1.5 meters
and a cross section of 3x0.75 mm² , connected to the terminal
socket Y2 of the printed circuit board M 3000 S.
The elctrical wirings are shown on the chapter "ELECTRICAL
WIRING
"
(paragraph 3.9 page 20).
The appliance needs to be connected to a main supply of 230
V - 50 Hz. This connection must be workmanlike performed,
as stated by the rules in force.
Danger!
The electrical installation must be performed
only by an authiorized technician.
Before making the connections or any other
electrical work on the electrical parts, cut
the electrical supply and make sure that it
cannot be restored accidentally.
