Please, note that individual properties of particular fertilisers significantly affect the working
width and the distribution rate. Therefore, the control parameters presented in the tables
have been provided for information purposes only.
Distribution properties depend on the following:
•
fluctuations in physical properties of the fertiliser, also within a single product line,
such as bulk density, grain-size (the size and compactness of granules), slipperiness,
etc.;
•
wind impact and storage conditions.
Due to the above-mentioned reasons, we cannot guarantee that a given fertiliser brand
purchased from the same manufacturer displays identical distribution properties as that
referred to in the distribution data table.
The provided machine settings pertaining to the crosswise distribution apply in
consequence to the weight distribution and not nutrient distribution (this applies particularly
to fertiliser mixtures). In this case, the manufacturer’s responsibility for damage resulting
from fertilisation is hereby excluded.
The fertiliser distributor is transported from the factory by truck. In the case of small
distances from the factory, the machine can be transported as tractor-mounted. The
fertiliser distributor can be unloaded from the truck with a crane or a tractor using a
platform. Sling hook attachment points are marked on the machine. The machine should
be always lifted and handled with extreme caution with an empty fertiliser container. No
unauthorised persons are allowed to stay in the area where lifting or handling operations
are preformed.
