6.2 Charging the battery
Your Ultra Motor dealer should provide a fully charged
battery upon delivery of your A2B, should this not be the
case, please ensure that prior to its first use, you charge the
battery supplied with your A2B for at least 12 hours.

1. Check the Voltage Selector
switch on the charger to ensure that
it is set to your local voltage (115 V
forUS).
2. Plug the charger into the wall
outlet, ensuring the charger is turned
OFF.
3. Ensure that the battery Power
Switch is switched OFF before con-
necting the charger to the battery.
4. Rotate the charger port cover to
expose the charger socket.
5. Carefully align
the connector
pins and connect
the charger to
the battery by
plugging the con-
nector into the
charger socket.
6. Turn ON the charger using the
ON/OFF switch on the charger.
7. LED Indications:
• The Power LED will illuminate
RED when the charger is
plugged into a wall outlet and
the ON/OFF switch is in the ON
position.
