To avoid any deformation or cracking, do not use benzene, thinner or liquid cleaners.
Chemical cloth may cause the change in the colour of the unit.
Air Filter
It is recommend you to clean the filter every 2 weeks.
When the air cleaning filter is blocked, the dehumidification capacity will be reduced.
Pull up to remove the air filter.
Run a vacuum cleaner lightly over the surface of air filter to remove dirt.
If the air filter is too dirty, wash it with warm water and mild cleanser and dry thoroughly
Insert the filter into the unit smoothly.
Water tank
Remove the water tank from the dehumidifier.
Clean the water tank with soft cloth.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if product is damaged or other problems
arise. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself as this may be dangerous.

work
- Is the power plug connected?
- Water tank is full or not well
assembled?
- Operation temperature is too
low or too high.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Pour away the water from water tank
and place it back into the unit.
- Working temperature: 5-32ºC.
No air outlet
- Operation temperature or
humidity too low
- Is air outlet blocked?
- Under dry environment, dehumidifying
effect will not be so obvious.
- Clean the air outlet or air inlet.
Water leakage
- Draining hose is not tightly
connected.
- Pipe is blocked.
- Check the draining pipe.
- Clean the debris in pipe.
