Once we have analyzed the issue, you may 
be instructed to put your system in 
Maintenance mode.

To do this, go to the EasyCast Home screen, 
press the “Advanced” button on the bottom 
right corner. You arrive on this interface.

On the top right, press the Run Maintenance 
(1) button.

When you press this button, the system will 
create an outbound secure (SSH) 
connexion to our support servers, our 
engineers are alerted and can connect to 
the system for system-wide remote 
debugging.

Please only perform this operation when 
instructed to do so by UbiCast personnel, 
after prior discussion.
