Turn the jog dial in either direction
to select the desired function. The
white highlight signals which
function is selected.
When the screen changes to the
selected color, push the center of
the dial to start the water outflow.
Push the center of the dial to stop
the water outflow.
When finished, the screen will move to the last
icon that was used and go into stand-by mode.

The pH value indicated for each level is based on standardized test results
which have used average tap water.

The water level you choose will be
dispensed through the upper water
outlet tube.
When testing the pH, be sure to allow the unit to run for 1 minute (60
seconds) before taking a sample of the water. If you have to adjust the
percentage, after adjusting, run for an additional 1 minute before taking a
new sample. When testing pH values, we like to use 2 tablespoons (30mL)
of the water being produced and 4 drops of the reagent in a clear glass.
The minimum and maximum Turbo waters produced will depend on the
water source quality. Set Turbo at 99% for maximum pH levels. These
levels can range normally as follows:
