Align the hopper walls and tighten the bolts.
12.
Tighten all sixteen 6.25 mm (¼ in) Phillips pan-head
corner bolts and nylon locking nuts.
13.
Tighten all chassis bolts holding the hopper assembly
to the chassis assembly (Figure 35).

14.
Install silicone sealant (supplied) onto each lower
corner of the hopper assembly where it meets the
QuickPass chassis. Let it dry 12 hours.
15.
Install the mirror assembly on the front right side of
the hopper assembly using a 9.4 x 31.25 mm (
⅜
x
1¼ in) bolt, a 9.4 mm (
⅜
in) washer and nylon locking
nut (Figure 36).

How to Install the Hopper Insert
1.
Place a 15.6 mm (
⅝
in) spacer on the belt of the
QuickPass on both the left and right hand sides of the
hopper (Figure 37).
2.
Place the left and right side extension on the spacer
and lay it flat against the hopper side wall (Figure 37).

3.
Maintain an equal gap on both sides of the side
extension.
4.
Using the side extension as a template, mark the two
top mount holes. Remove the side extension.
