Setup Instructions
How to Install the 2 Way Switch Option
1.
Remove and discard the existing hose that runs from
port ‘CF’ on the floor control valve to port ‘A’ on the
QuickPass (Figure 18).

Remove both hydraulic line clamps on the side of the
weight box (Figure 19).

3.
Install the solenoid valve bank assembly onto the rear
of the weight case. Use four 6.25 mm (¼ in) washers
between the weight box and the valve acting as a
spacer. Ensure that the solenoid does not touch the
weight case and that it points towards the right side of
the QuickPass (Figure 21).
4.
Install the ‘Item-18‘ rubber clamp (with the wiring
attached) onto the left mounting bolt with 6.25 mm
(¼ in) washers. Tighten with two 6.25 mm (¼ in)
nylon locking nuts (Figure 21).
5.
Remove and discard the male-to-male junction fitting
between the return hose and the 45-degree end of the
‘Item-E’ hose that goes to the ‘B’ port on the
QuickPass (Figure 20).
