Setup Instructions
How to Install the QuickPass 300
Red Hopper
1.
Remove all four hopper walls from the crate.
2.
Remove the left and right hopper wall mounting bolts
and washers from the chassis (Figure 24).

3.
Install both the left and right hopper walls. Thread in
the bolts until they are finger-tight (Figure 25).

NOTE – The side walls of the hopper are the same, but the
front and rear walls are different. The hopper wall with the
long bottom leg is the rear wall (Figure 26).

4.
Install the rear hopper wall using the supplied 9.4 x
19 mm (
⅜
x ¾ in) bolts with 9.4 mm (
⅜
n) lock
washers and flat washer. Ensure that the chassis bolts
are finger-tight.
NOTE – Ensure that the left and right side hopper wall
folds are to the outside of the front and rear hopper walls
(Figure 27).

5.
Install the front hopper wall using the supplied 9.4 x
19 mm (
⅜
x ¾ in) bolts with 9.4 mm (
⅜
in) lock
washers and flat washer. Ensure that the chassis bolts
are finger-tight.
6.
Line up and install the 6.25 x 15.6 mm (¼ x
⅝
in)
Phillips pan-head bolts with flat washers and nylon
locking nuts in all four lower corners, leaving them
