Chapter 3: Replacing pre-installed components

3.7

Replacing the cooling fans

Follow these instructions to replace the cooling fans in your
TX46 system.

1. Remove the chassis covers as described in section 2.2.1

Removing the chassis cover

2. Locate the fan connector on the motherboard and unplug

the fan cable.

3. Remove the two screws securing the fan.

NOTE

: Two

screws are used to secure the connection of a single fan.

4. Take the fan away from the chassis.
