T-BOX DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
The disassembly and assembly procedure for the T-Box is as follows. (The diagram below
illustrates the location of components in the T-Box by numbers, which are referred to in the
procedure instructions).
T-BOX DISASSEMBLY
Remove Main Input Shaft
STEP I.
Drain oil from gearbox. Place gearbox on appropriate work surface. Remove the eight
bolts that retain the input housing hub. Remove hub assembly from main housing.
Note
quantity and thickness of shims between hub and main housing.
