OIL BLOWING OUT 
VENT PLUG 

Flat bottomed Vent Plug 
or shallow cavity Plug. 
 

 

Oil level too high. 

Replace with proper Vent Plug, 
cavity in Oil Plug should be 
approximately ⅝” 

(16mm). 

 

Lower Oil level to Plug. 

GEARBOX LEAKING 

Damaged Oil Seal. 

No Oil Seal. 

Oil too light. 

Bent Shaft. 

Oil Seal race rough. 

Oil Seal installed
