The chamber clean process last 45 minutes  

 

The warming up to 80ºC and hold for 10 minutes at 80ºC, (This stage uses 

500ml of water from the clean water reservoir) .Exhaust water from the 
chamber, goes to air removal , pass to plateau of 3 minutes at 132 ºC and 
1 minute drying time.
