Dismounting a BL67-station
8.3.3 Plugging and pulling electronics modules
BL67 enables the pulling and plugging of electronics modules without having to disconnect the field
wiring. The BL67 station remains in operation if an electronics module is pulled. The voltage and current
supplies as well as the protective earth connections are not interrupted.
Attention
Please observe, that the electronic modules should only be plugged or pulled in a load-free
state, if the field and system supplies remain connected . If not, arc discharges may be caused
which can damage electronic and base modules.
