Do not raise scaffolding with a crane or a gantry

The TOTEM should be moved by two persons. It must be
"pushed", but not pulled, at the maximum height indicated
by the manufacturer.
Chapter 5:
Control, servicing, maintenance and dismantling
Systematically inspect parts before assembly, especially:
- Wheel treads and brakes.
- Safety devices.
- Hooks for work floors and their fixtures.
- Work-floor plywood
- Collars for attaching the stabilizers.
Any part that has:
- Suffered from permanent deformation
- Been drilled.
- Been notched (by grinding for example…)
- Suffered from serious rusting
... must be discarded!
Replace the component whenever you are in doubt.
When replacing a component, it MUST be replaced by a part that is similar to the original.
Keep parts clean and safety devices in good working order.
Replace or clean any plates or stickers providing information on using the unit or on safety.
