The flash has been
used in bright
surroundings.
The flash is not suitable for
providing additional lighting. Do
not use it in daylight.
The contrast in the
subject is too great.
Change the lighting or take the
photographs closer by or further
away.
The photographs
are overexposed.
The photographs were
taken in bright
sunlight.
Take photographs in shadow or try
to adjust the white balance (see
chapter 10.5.4).
Memory card: the recording has
been made using a different
camera. Use a card reader to read
the data contained on the memory
card.
‘File error’ is
displayed on the
LCD screen.
The recording has
been saved in the
wrong format or
cannot be read by the
camera.
Internal memory: delete the
recording and make another one.
‘Memory error’ is
displayed on the
LCD screen.
The memory card has
not been formatted.
Format the memory card (see
chapter 14.2).
The problem is not
