Returning Products
If you need to return a TROY product for any reason (failures, incorrect
shipments, etc.),
•
Contact TROY Technical Support group and request for a Return
Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
•
Be prepared with the serial number of the unit that you are returning,
you will be asked for it to verify warranty coverage
•
Out of warranty units will be billed for the standard repair charges.
P.O.#, major credit card #, check or money order is required to process
RMA.
