Take the vehicle to place where there is no radio
interference, a location far from the city, an
underground garage, or any place where the signals are
very weak.
With the detector in the CLN TEST mode, you must wait
for some strong signal coming from the car, if it occurs,
it will probably be the signal from the tracker
transmitting or trying to transmit the location
information. It is important that all phones on the site are
turned off or in airplane mode.
Trackers are programmed to transmit location
information every 1, 5, 10 or more minutes of interval, or
only when information is requested by the spy by
sending an SMS to the tracker chip number.
A place where there is no interference and no mobile
signal, where the cell phone does not work, this is the
best possible place to scan the car. Without signal the
tracker will be transmitting trying to find a operator
signal and it will facilitate the detection and discovery of
the tracking device.
During the time the detector is turned on in CLN TEST
mode it will always indicate the strongest signal that has
already been received since entering this mode of
operation.
If no signal is detected, there should be no tracker or
other spy device in the vehicle. For better scanning
efficiency, the test should be performed with the
detector on the inside and outside of the car, front and
back.
