BATTERY
The battery condition is shown on the LCD above in the
left corner, represented by a number from 1 to 9 or by
the letter "F", the number 8 or 9 indicates battery fully
charged, "F" indicates a battery with a voltage greater
than 9.3 volts, use only good quality alkaline batteries,
the detector will not work with other types of batteries.
Never keep the battery inside the detector for extended
periods of time, as it may leak causing damage to the
detector that is not covered by the warranty.
During battery replacement, turn off the detector and be
careful, do not reverse the battery polarity causing
irreversible damage to the circuit.
