Check the contents when you receive the instrument. If the contents are incomplete, if
there is mechanical damage or defect, or if the instrument does not pass the power-on
self-tests, please contact our company or business department immediately (IEEE488
interface is optional).
7.2 Warranty
This DAE KWANG instrument product is warranted against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment or purchase. During the
warranty period, DAE KWANG will, at its option, either repair or replace the products which
prove to be defective. And warranty card is required when the product needs repairing.
And all DAE KWANG products are warranted for service of lifetime maintenance.
The foregoing warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate
maintenance by Buyer, Buyer-supplied software or interfacing, unauthorized modification
or misuse, operation outside of the environmental specifications for the product, or
improper site preparation or maintenance.
