Secure Connection
: If the mail server requires an encrypted connection, you
should select the SSL option. TTLS is an extension to plain text communication
protocols. It offers a way to upgrade a plain text connection to an encrypted (TLS
or SSL) connection.
Click
Apply
to save the setting, then use
Test
button to test the server connection. A
message box will tell you “OK!” if it works, and a test e‐mail will be sent to receiver’s mail
address.
FTP Setting:

FTP Server
: Enter the IP address of the target FTP server.

Username & Password:
Enter the username and password to login into the FTP
server.

Port
: Enter the port number used for the FTP server.
-
Path
: Enter the destination folder for uploading the images. For example, /343PI.
-
Mode
: In
PORT
mode, the FTP server builds the connection to the user’s data
port actively. However, from the user‐side firewall’s standpoint, the action of
connecting from FTP server is often considered to be dangerous and should be
blocked. In
PASV
mode, the problem is solved: The FTP server waits for the data
transmission connection built by the user. Make sure that the server supports
the mode you select.

Create the folder
: Select Yes, then folders will be created folder by date under
your FTP path.
Click
Apply
to save the settings, then click
Test
button to test the server connection.
A message box will tell you “OK!” if it works, and a test file will be uploaded to FTP
server.
Samba Setting:

Location
: Enter the path of the shared folder.

Workgroup
: Type in the workgroup name of the computer.

Username
&
Password
: Enter the username and password to login into the
Samba.

Create the folder
: Select
Yes
, then folders will be created by date under your
Samba Server.
Click
Apply
to save the setting, then use
Test
button to test the server connection. A
message box will tell you “OK!” if it works, and a test file will be created in the
location.
