We guarantee each unit for 12 months from the date of invoice, includes defective parts and labour only.
The guarantee does not cover the following: damage or deterioration due to accident, mistreatment,
misuse, tampering (including unauthorised circuit modifications, “circuit bending”, etc.), and connection
to a non-approved power supply.
Please retain all packaging and the sales receipt, for use in the event of returning the R-1 for
servicing/repair. Our current repair rates are available on request.
Guarantee claims can only be entertained on production of the original receipt.
