Dialing From the Internal Phone Book
To dial directly from an internal Phone Book entry:
1.
Press
to access the main menu.
2.
Highlight
Phone Book
and press
.
3.
Highlight
Find Name
and press
.
4.
Highlight the entry and press
.
5.
Highlight the phone number and press
.
Tip:
To dial the first phone number in the entry, press
instead of
in
step 4 above.
Using One-Touch/Two-Touch Speed Dialing
When this feature is activated, you can dial Speed Dial entries by using
one key press for locations 2-9 or two key presses for locations 10-99.
(See “Setting Speed Dialing” on page 48 and “Assigning a Speed Dial
Location” on page 87.)
To use
One-Touch Dialing
for Speed Dial locations 2-9:
Press and hold the appropriate key for approximately one second.
The display confirms that the number has been dialed when it
shows “Calling...”.
To use
Two-Touch Dialing
for Speed Dial locations 10-99:
1.
Press the first digit.
2.
Press and hold the second digit for approximately one second.
The display confirms that the number has been dialed when it
shows “Calling...”.
Note:
Speed dialing is not available when you are roaming with
Call Guard enabled.
