DAV Products sold and used for commerc i al purposes have a
l i m i ted warranty for all parts and labor, wh i ch warranty beg i ns
on the date of or i g i nal reta i l purchase and ends on the date
that i s n i nety (90) days thereafter .

(4) Labor serv i ce charges for set i nstallat i on, setup, ad j ustment
of customer controls, and i nstallat i on or repa i r of antenna
systems are not covered by th i s warranty . Recept i on
problems caused by i nadequate antenna systems are your
respons i b i l i ty .
(5) Warrant i es extend only to defects i n mater i als or workmansh i p
as l i m i ted above, and do not extend to any DAV Product or
parts that have been lost or d i scarded by you or to damage to
the DAV Product or parts caused by
fi res, m i suse, acc i dent,
Acts of God ( such as l i ghtn i ng or fl uctuat i ons i n electr i c
power), i mproper i nstallat i on, i mproper ma i ntenance, or use i n
v i olat i on of i nstruct i ons furn i shed by TACP ; use or malfunct i on
through s i multaneous use of th i s DAV Product and connected
equ i pment ; or to un i ts that have been mod i fi ed or had the ser i al
number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered i lleg i ble .
(6) Th i s warranty does not cover Product sold A S I S or WITH ALL
FAULT S.
