4.6 Memory module

CAUTION: The power of the computer must be turned off when you remove the memory

module. Removing memory module with power will bring risk of damaging
the module or the computer itself.

Do not touch memory module terminals. Any dirt on the terminals may cause

memory access problems.

Never press hard or bend memory module.

Removing memory module

To remove a memory module, ple

ase

confirm that the computer is in boot mode. Then

perform the following procedure.

Loose the

screw

securing the

memory slot cover

Remove the

memory slot cover

Open the left and right

latches

and remove

memory module
