TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
Problems when CONSOLE POWER is turned on
1)
The power is not ON even after pressing the ON (POWER) button on the CONTROL PANEL
(1) Check the ON/OFF (LMPP) and ON/OFF (LDPP) buttons on the LIGHTING SYSTEM
OPERATION PANEL. Turn the buttons ON if they are OFF.
Then, press the ON (POWER) button on the CONTROL PANEL.
2) The power goes OFF immediately after pressing the ON (POWER) button on the CONTROL
PANEL
(1) Check the POWER on the rear panel of the CONSOLE. Turn the POWER ON if it is OFF.
* The POWER on the rear panel of the CONSOLE must always be kept ON. Do not turn it OFF.

Problems when CONSOLE POWER is turned off
1)
Turning the power OFF takes several minutes
* When an error has occurred in the MAIN CPU, or the MAIN CPU has already been turned OFF,
turning the CONSOLE POWER OFF takes approx. 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
This is normal. Wait until the power turns OFF.
3.
Problems where the CONSOLE cannot be operated
1)
Neither the CONSOLE nor the notebook PC can be operated at all
1.1) The HUB may be out of order.
(1) Check the lighting status of all the LEDs on the HUB installed in the CPU CABINET, in
accordance with
Checking Procedure 1
.
If the lighting status of any LED is not normal, carry out
Recovery Procedure B
.
1.2) An error condition may have occurred in the MAIN CPU.
(1) Check to see whether the Ethernet cable is connected properly to the MAIN CPU in the CPU
CABINET.
(2) Check to see whether the Ethernet cable of the MAIN CPU is connected properly to the HUB in
the CPU CABINET.
Also check the lighting status of the LEDs on the HUB, in accordance with
Checking Procedure

.
If the lighting status of any LED is not normal, change the relevant connector.
(3) Check the lighting status of the POWER LED on the MAIN CPU, in accordance with
Checking
Procedure 3
.
If the POWER LED is unlit, the power or the CPU board may be out of order.
In this case, carry out
Recovery Procedure C
