1) Remove the pulsator according to the (10)
Pulsator.
2) Remove the wash tub (Spin basket)
according to the (11) Wash tub.
3) Lay down the machine front.
4) Disassemble the packing bracket and the
V-belt according to the Steps 3) to 4) of (8)
Motor.
5) Remove the nut, and then remove the pulley
from the shaft.
When removing the nut, insert the screw-
driver into the pulley hole to fix the pulley.

6) Open the clutch lever by hand, release the
catches of the clutch lever from the sleeve
and gently remove the clutch spring from the
spin basket shaft while rotating the sleeve
counterclockwise. (Photo. 24)
7) Remove the lever spring for the brake lever
and clutch lever from the hooks for each
lever. (Photo. 25)
8) Remove the lead wire from the valve lead
guide hole (
ϕ
5 tapping screw).
9) Remove the boss from top of the axis.
10) Remove 4 hex. bolts (size 12 mm) for the
cup 2 assy, and remove the cup 2 assy
while opening the clutch lever by hand and
loosening the brake. (Photo. 24 & 25)
11) Remove the spin shaft from the wash tub
and the motor base.

Note 1 :
If you put the wash tub directly on the
floor, it may damage the floor. Put it on
the cloth.
Note 2 :
As you change the wash tub, use the
gloves to prevent the injury from sharp
edge.
Note 1 :
Be careful not to lose the nut at this
time.
