ASCII Interface Module (AS311)

6. RAS Information

6.1 LED indication

On the AS311, five status LEDs are provided as follows. These LEDs are useful to

check the AS311 operation status and the communication status.

RUN

Indicates the AS311 operation status.
Lit when the AS311 is in ready state.
Not lit when the AS311 is in error or under initialization.

TX1

Indicates the channel 1 communication status.
Lit while some data is transmitting from the AS311.

RX1

Indicates the channel 1 communication status.
Lit while some data is receiving into the AS311.

TX2

Indicates the channel 2 communication status.
Lit while some data is transmitting from the AS311.

RX2

Indicates the channel 2 communication status.
Lit while some data is receiving into the AS311.
