5.5.4. HOTV tests
HOTV tests are popular matching tests in testing pre-school children and illiterate
as well as mentally ill adults. If matching option is unavailable, this test can be
conducted in a standard way.

in Snellen Modified Type Chart

in Snellen Contrast Type Chart

in Snellen Chart Type with Crowding Bars

in LogMar Modified Type Chart with Crowding Bars

After required chart has been selected, the biggest available size of that
optotype is displayed.
2.
To display charts with optotypes of different sizes use Up and Down
Arrows (Down Arrow – smaller optotypes, Up arrow – bigger optotypes).
