The length of the aileron linkage results from
the distance of the bores at 90 ° aligned servo
arm and the neutral rudder blade.
23
The length of the flap linkage results from the distance of the bores at 90 ° aligned
servo arm and about 15mm deflection of the flap down.
24
Once all this work has been completed and the servos and linkage are mechanically
and electrically adjusted, the servo covers can be glued on with UHU Por and the rods
finally hooked in place.
INSTALLATION AND TUNING PROCESS
25
Install the receiver and power supply in the fuselage and connect all electrical con
-
nections.
26
Insert the wing joiner into the provided led-through in the fuselage.
27
Now take the wings and put it on the wing joiner until the torsion pins are threaded
into the root and fasten the wing with the big knurled nut on the fuselage.
28
The center of gravity is located 94-100mm behind the leading edge. Begin at 94mm.
For faster aerobatics, the center of gravity can be moved further to the rear.
29
Glider specific, it will be necessary to bring trim weight in the fuselage nose. Fix the
weight well, but leave enough room to move the center of gravity.
30
Now switch on your transmitter with the preset model memory and receiver and, as
far as possible, adjust all the rods mechanically.
31
Then check the servo directions and travels as shown in the table below.
