Optional: In order to avoid bursting of the tube
under high loads, the tube should be reinforced
on both sides with glass fabric. For this purpo

with soaked 80g glass mat.

The plywood guide for the linkage is glued with
epoxy to about half the length of the linkage
between the fuselage sidewalls.
08
Now the servo board can also be glued into the
previously determined location in the fuselage.
To do this, the elevator linkage should be sus
-
pended with a neutral rudder and 90 ° servo le
-
ver. The fuselage side walls must be sanded ac
-
cordingly before. We recommend to reinforce
the gluing by a layer of 160g fabric.

The rudder is articulated by steel wire. Screw the eye bolts into the clevises approx.
4mm. These can now be hooked into the rudder and servo horn.
10
First thread a ferrule onto the rope and pass it
through the hole of an eyebolt and back through
the ferrule. Pay attention to a short length of
eyelets. Both sides can now be pressed on the
rudder horn of the rudder by pliers.
