Actuate the left valve lever
(G)
. Move the
valve slide until it has reached the second
lock-in position to snap in by itself. The
tensioning process is initiated. On reaching
the maximum strap tension the tensioning
process is being stopped automatically.
5.
Actuate the right valve lever
(H)
. The valve
slide engages automatically and has to be
released after having been engaged. The
joint is formed and the upper strap is cut off
simultaneously. After completion of the
sealing both levers
(G, H)
where in zero
–
position again.
6.
Press with right hand the clamp lever
(K)
and compressed air motor against each
other; this releases the strap gripper
(B)
. At
the same time grip with left hand the
handle
(I)
and turn the tool to the left away
from the joint. The
PKD
is now ready for
the next strapping operation.
ATTENTION!
Push down lever
(O)
to
interrupt the tensioning
process.
