TROUBLESHOOTING REMOTE SERVER

The Remote Network Server is not communicating.
a.
Check the Remote Server and DNS settings.
b.
Check the PPP Link Status is checked green.
Finch II
1.
Communication Established

from the Finch II device.

Received Packet Counts

This field shows how much information is being received from the
Finch II device.

Sent Packet Counts

This field shows how much information is being sent from the Finch II
device to the remote server.
TROUBLESHOOTING FINCH II
1.
Ensure the cable connections between the junction box, Gateway and the Finch II display unit
are secure.
2.
Confirm that the Finch II and TD80 are operating normally as per TPM 010.
