TROUBLESHOOTING CELLULAR 

 

 

1.

 

If a SIM card is not detected (

), contact Titan.

If a PPP link is not detected (

),

Check the signal strength.

Check the APN Server. 

c.

 

Cycle the power to the Gateway and check the PPP link after 2 minutes.

If the Signal Strength is weak,

Ensure the Gateway is within transmission range.

Ensure the Gateway device is in a clear area with no interference. 

GPS

Communication Status
