These systems are directly supported by the telephone system, i.e. further configura-
tion of the call forwarding function is not necessary.
To do this, select the connected voicemail system. A VCM-Module is detected auto-
matically and does not need settings as described below.
The individual voicemail boxes are assigned in the subscriber menu.
Note:
To ensure correct functionality, it is necessary to connect the voicemail
systems to the internal S04.
For correct settings in your tiptel 350 or 355, select “30XX” in the telephone system
menu of your voicemail system.
Afterwards, reset the tiptel 350 or tiptel 355 to default settings in order to activate the
factory pre-set parameters. Otherwise, the voicemail systems of the telephone sys-
tem will not operate correctly!
All voicemail boxes are activated; the internal phone numbers are identical to the voi-
cemail boxes in the tiptel.com 822XT.
Charges per pulse
The transmission of charge information at the analogue ports is realised via charge
pulses. Each pulse corresponds to a certain amount which has to be defined here. If
the rates are obtained from the exchange in the form of units, the base unit value has
to be entered here. This means that the value of one charge unit from the exchange
is identical to the value of one charge pulse.
Note:
Charge pulses will only be transmitted if AOCD has been enabled.
Time for call forwarding on busy
Set the time in seconds here after which the system should forward the call.
Country code
To satisfy country-specific requirements, it is necessary to select the desired country
here. If the required country is not included in the list, choose “INT”.
