请在电源插头插入插座的状态下完成以下(1)~(7)步,
每一步的操作间隔不得超过 30 秒。30 秒以上没有任何
操作就会返回显示当前时刻,无法继续设定。如需再次
设定,请重新来过。
煮饭(烹调)、保温、预约定时、预约煮饭(吸水)、再加热、
追加加热期间无法变更设定。
※.如需在调整期间中断操作,请按下[Cancel]键。

做法

1... 鸡腿肉切成 1cm 长的方块,加入少许料酒、酱油进行腌制。
2... 炸豆腐去油后对半切开,然后切碎。
3... 胡萝卜去皮,切成 3cm 长的细条。
4... 用菜刀背面刮掉牛蒡皮,将牛蒡削成薄片后泡在醋水里。
5... 魔芋在水里煮 4~5 分钟后,用清水洗净,切成与胡萝卜同

样的大小。

6... 干香菇用水泡发,去蒂切丝。
7... 豌豆角去掉筋,用盐水煮过后,过冷水使其不变色,然后切

成丝。

8... 用内锅洗米后,加入调味用佐料并加水至“Ultra”的刻度线

3,充分混合搅拌后将除豌豆角以外的配料和海带加到上面,
选择“Mixed”菜单烹煮。

9... 第 8 步完成后,取出海带,加入豌豆角,搅拌均匀后盛入容器。

做法

1... 用内锅洗糙米后,加水至“Brown”的刻度 2,选择“Brown”

菜单烹煮。

2... 用平底锅加热色拉油,煎好鲑鱼后切块。
3... 剥开灰树花后切成 2cm 的大小,并将洋葱、胡萝卜切成小块。
4... 剥去芦笋坚硬部分的皮,取下叶鞘,切成 1cm 的大小。
5... 在平底锅上溶解黄油,放入大蒜、生姜煸炒。加入步骤 3 的

材料煸炒至表面变软,然后加入步骤 4 的材料继续煸炒。

6... 往步骤 5 加入调料后一直炒至没有汤汁,然后放入葱花和步

骤 2 中制作的鲑鱼。
