Error and problem handling
In the event that the recommended solutions do not solve the
problem, please contact Customer Services or your dealer.
1. The device does not switch on when the On/Off button is
actuated.
●
Ensure that the battery has been inserted correctly and
contact has been established.
●
Replace battery, where necessary.
2. No stimulation can be felt.
●
Press the
On/Off
button to start the device.
●
Check the position of the electrodes. The electrodes must
not overlap and they must adhere to the skin with the entire
surface.
●
Increase the stimulation intensity step by step.
●
Check the cable connections between the device and the
electrodes.
●
Renew the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moistening
them. Once the adhesive surface of the electrodes is used
up, the impulse distribution is no longer warranted. Please
replace the electrodes.
3. The set current drops to 0 mA.
●
The cables must be connected to the device and the
electrodes, and the electrodes must be correctly positioned
to enable stimulation.
●
Renew the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moistening
them. Once the adhesive surface of the electrodes is used
up, the impulse distribution is no longer warranted. Please
replace the electrodes.
●
Change to electrodes one size up
