Place the electrodes either on your
back or on an extremity (e.g. your
thigh).

Facial Massage
A tired and dissatisfied appearance is usually the result of
mental stress or time pressure as well as simply being a
consequence of too little sleep.
During the facial massage, gentle current impulses stimulate
your facial skin and subcutaneous layer, so that the multitude of
tiny muscles are stimulated to work and circulation is promoted.
As a result, the facial massage improves the restoration of a
fresh-faced appearance. You will perceive the massage itself as
no more than a slight tickling or twitching sensation. Skin care
does not get any more relaxing than this – health and beauty
treatment at its very finest!
Application frequency:

.
8 weeks, min. 2-3 times per week,
then once per week
Positioning of the electrodes:
Position the small, round
electrodes, as depicted on the envelope at the end of this user
manual in Figures 1, 2 and 3, on both sides of the face. In
electrode position 3, the current affects the facial nerve (Nervus
trigeminus), which controls all the facial muscles. In this way, all
the muscles in the upper and lower facial areas, as well as in
the outer, mouth and jaw areas, are trained in a gently and
effective manner.
Stimulation intensity:
As the majority of people are very
sensitive to current applied to the face, a stimulation intensity of
4 to 6 mA is usually sufficient. Increase the intensity only with
great care.
