finger tight to avoid breakage. Clip screws flush with the outside of
the spacer.
(5) Insert cooking surface (455) into microwave and slide down over
the tray retainers (460). Ensure that cooking surface is properly
inserted. It will not fit if placed in backwards.
(6) Place the marker strip (415) and terminal strip into position on the
chassis (5) and attach using two each of flatwasher (405) and nut
(410). Connect wiring to proper locations on terminal strip.
(7) Screw bulb (385) into bulb socket (390) and attach lampholder
bracket (370) to chassis (5) using two each of flatwasher (375) and
nut (380).
(8) Screw pressure switch (350) into pressure switch mounting block
(365). Attach pressure switch and pressure switch mounting block
to chassis (5) using two screws (360). Insert port filter (355).
(9) Attach pressure switch (350) by connecting wiring as necessary.
(10) Install plunger (345) onto the interlock switch (315).
(11) Attach interlock switch (315) to switch bracket (330) using two
screws (335) and nuts (340).
(12) Attach interlock switch and bracket assembly (315) to chassis (5)
using two locknuts (320) and flatwashers (325). Connect wiring as
necessary.

G. Component Tray Assembly (IPL, Figure 10002)
NOTE:
During component tray assembly, it is very important to follow the
sequence in this section. If this sequence is not followed, certain
parts cannot be assembled correctly.

NOTE:
Use silicone/fiberglass sleeving to cover all HIGH VOLTAGE wires.
Add clear shrink tubing to HIGH VOLTAGE wire/terminal junctions.
Route high voltage wires through clamp.
