Remove screws (160) in six places to remove base plate (155).

Lay base plate aside with wiring still attached.
E.
Remove screw (385) freeing handle (380) from facia bar (105).
F.
Remove flatwashers (590) and locknuts (595) in two places to release the bottom
mounting bracket (570).
G. Disconnect wiring and retain hardware.
H.
Remove bumper (565) from microswitch (575).
I.
Remove screws (575) and locknuts (580, 595) in two places to release the
microswitch (560) from the bottom mounting bracket (570).
9. Relay Removal (IPL, Figure 1001 and 1002)
A.
Remove screws (200) in 24 places to remove outer wrap (195).
B.
Disconnect wiring.
C.
Remove screws (290) to release relay bracket (285) from microwave.
D.
Remove screw (280), locknut (277) to release relay (275) from relay bracket (285).
10. Magnetron Removal (Figure 1001 and 1002)
NOTE:
Remove power supply for access to Magnetron. Refer to Power Supply
Removal instructions located in this section.
A.
Remove screws (650) in two places attaching magnetron overheat thermostat
(645) to magnetron (630).
CAUTION:
Once a magnetron is removed from the microwave, the magnetron
cannot be reused. The gasket is permanently attached and is designed
for 1 use only. Discard the magnetron once it is removed.
B.
Disconnect the electrical connections and remove screws (635) and locknuts (640)
in four places to release magnetron (630) from the weldment (390).
