TESTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
FOR SAFETY REASONS, TWO PEOPLE SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRESENT DURING
ALL TESTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING. WHEN POWER IS APPLIED TO THE UNIT,
LETHAL VOLTAGES IN EXCESS OF 5000 VOLTS ARE PRESENT WITHIN THE
MICROWAVE OVEN. DO NOT ASSUME THAT ANY ELECTRICAL CONNECTION IS
SAFE TO TOUCH SINCE MALFUNCTIONING COMPONENTS COULD CAUSE
DANGER. A SAFE CONNECTION COULD BECOME HOT AND DANGEROUS.
MAKE CERTAIN THAT A GOOD ELECTRICAL GROUND BETWEEN
CHASSIS AND EARTH IS MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
NOTE:
Extreme care must be taken to avoid measuring probe slippage or accidental
shorting of terminals while power is applied to units.
