Disconnect power supply wiring at connection locations.
C.
Remove screws (139) in five places to remove power supply cover (p/o 49).
D. Remove screws (270), locknuts (260) and two nylon flatwashers (265) on each
screw in three places to release the power supply assembly (245) from the rear
panel (310).
E.
Remove screws (255) and flatwashers (250) in two places to release the power
supply assembly (245) from the standoffs in the microwave cavity.
F.
Remove locknut (260) and two flatwashers (735, 740) releasing power supply from
liner (490).
G. Remove screws (315) in three places from rear panel (310) below the magnetron
cooling fan.
H. Gently spread the rear panel (310) away from liner and lift power supply assembly
(245) up and out of the microwave.
6. Door Removal (IPL, Figure 1001 and 1002)
NOTE:
For easiest removal, turn microwave upside down and lay it on the top.
A.
Open the door (95).
B.
Remove screw (385) securing the handle (360) to the facia bar (105).
C.
Close door (95).
D. Remove screws (110, 115) (they vary in sizes) in five places securing facia bar
(105) to weldment (390).
E.
Open door (95).
F.
Slide facia (10) forwards then lift upwards to release.
NOTE:
Retain all hardware.
G. Slide door (95) up off of the hinge plate (125).
