Chapter 3:  Operating the IP Handset

Display

To change the display settings, do as follows:

1. From the 

Settings

 menu, select 

Display

.

2. Move to the setting you want to change.

3. For the backlight settings, use the keys   

and    to change the percentage.

Standby backlight can be set to maximum 
50%, and the Standby backlight cannot 
be set higher than the Active backlight.

4. For the remaining settings, select 

Edit

 to 

check/uncheck the box.

The backlight is on for 15 seconds after the 
last key press.

The screensaver is activated 1 minute after the last key press.

Web server

To enable or disable the built-in web server of the handset, do as follows:

1. From the 

Settings

 menu, select 

Web 

server

.

2. Select 

Edit

 to enable or disable the web 

server. The default settings is enabled 
(checked).

the web server on page 55.
