Remove and replace the Pilot Injector/FDS Injector from the pilot assembly. Use 10mm
spanner to remove the Pilot Injector. Ensure to install the correct Pilot Injector. Refer to
the Gas Specification Table on page 5 of this manual for the corresponding Pilot Injector
size for the specific gas type that the unit will operate on.
d.
Reconnect the pilot pipe assembly to the pilot injector. Then, reinstall the pilot cover.
5.
Replace the Main Burner Injector (Oven):
a.
Remove the oven racks and drip tray.
b.
Remove the oven U-burner.
c.
Remove the main burner injector from the oven main pipe assembly, then replace with
the appropriate main burner injector for the gas type that the unit will operate on. Refer
to the Gas Specification Table on page 5 of this manual for the corresponding main burner
injector size for each specific gas type. Use 13mm spanner to remove and install the main
burner injector.
