15. Using a 10 mm Allen wrench, install the end cap
plug. See Fig. 17 . Bump-tighten the plug after
the plug seal contacts the housing.
16. Using a 13 mm socket wrench, install the two
bolts that attach the bracket to the lower com-
pressor frame. See
Fig. 6 for reference.
17. Using a 3/4 inch (19 mm) wrench, install the
bracket bolt on the end cap. See Fig. 5 for refer-
ence.
18. Using a 17 mm wrench, install the drain plug.
See Fig. 18 .
19. Fill the compressor, up to the threads, with Hy-
drovane FluidForce HPO-198-5 compressor oil.

IMPORTANT: Replace the fill plug seal at each
maintenance interval.
20. Replace the fill plug seal (Viton seal) on the fill
plug. See Fig. 20 .
