Maintaining the Extraction Lens

Depending on the type of applications and on the general operating
conditions, the extraction lens must be cleaned or replaced.

1. Set the instrument to standby mode.

2. Open the interface door.

3. Turn the extraction lens assembly counterclockwise, see

Figure 8-16

4. Pull out the extraction lens assembly, see
