Maintaining the Interface
This section describes the maintenance procedures for the interface.
Before maintaining any parts of the inlet system, make sure that the
instrument is in standby state, see

Tools
The iCAP Q instrument is provided with a cone tool for easy
disassembly of the cones. The cone tool is magnetic to hold the cones in
place when removing them from the interface block.

To remove the sample cone
1. Open the plasma chamber door.
2. Use the cone tool to remove the sample cone:
a. Place the cone tool on the cone.
b. Align the two lugs in the tool in the outer edge of the cone
surface.
